The Importance of Walking

Sometimes we over complicate things,

we need to loose weight and be healthy

and immediately we think: we gotta go to

the gym and sweat and workout for about

an hour and not a pleasant idea.

But it could be as easy as walking.

Yes! just go for a walk.

Walk the dog, get on a threadmill, just do a

circle around the block, just walk.

Start with 5 minutes every day.

Next week aim for 6 minutes and so on.

So that at some point you are doing a minimum

of 15-30 minutes a day just walking.
