Most of us don't do manual labor or go for walks, runs or even go to the gym,
therefore we are shallow breathers. Maybe because we are on the computer all day
or just bad posture. Just remember to breathe, and by that I mean take big inhales and
even longer exhales, get your body and mind working. You will feel better.
