My morning routine starts with cold shower, then go to the gym (preferably on motorcycle when is cold to add a little bit more suck but fun). Kick ass at the gym and go home. Brew coffee and start reading. That is mostly my mornings, of course distractions sometimes kick in and need to answer an email or urgent work and then get distracted, then I am in a world of reaction (emails, calls, text, problems...) or Distraction (social media, news...).
So my battle each morning after the gym is to strat reading and don't get distracted.
