Mobility is SUPER Important

Mobility is super important for daily life.

One I like the most is the deep squat,

babies do it naturally and you should too.

Everyday in the gym I see people with little

flexibility trying to do squats, they put a weight

on the barbell when they should be focusing

in the movement and mobility first.

You do not want to be a quarter squater.
