Whenever I get a chance, usually after eating I get a power nap.
Power nap being around 15 minutes.
Often times I fall asleep easily, other times I struggle, I lay in bed
and nothing! I just feel more tired and sleepy.
I get lunch time so I have to plan for a quick power nap.
I discovered solfeggio frequencies a while back and just having
the constant tone helps me fall a lot quicker.
I always wake up with more energy and at peace.
